We have a few new programs that we want to share with you:

Exclusive Travel Deals through Our Host Agency, Travel Leaders Group And Outside Agents

We are members of the largest travel consortium in the US. We have been recognized as among the Top 100 Agents out of 6000+. We have two ways to get exclusive deals to you: Once a week we will have an email with an Exclusive Travel deal just for you, our esteemed client. In addition, we will have access to direct mail campaigns with other exclusive deals, not available anywhere else with great pricing, amazing amenities, and special access. The email offers will begin next week; the direct mail pieces will begin in 6-8 weeks.

Loyalty Has Its Perks:

We are so grateful for your repeated business. If you book your next cruise while on your current cruise, please tell the cruise line that we are your travel agent. We get the credit and you get the additional perks. If you have booked a cruise on your own and not made final payment, we would appreciate for you to transfer the booking to us so that we can get the credit and we'll get you lower prices, more amenities or both, plus the following loyalty perks:

Referral Program: We are so grateful for your referrals to family, friends, and colleagues. When you refer one party who travels with us for 7 or more days (not airfare alone), we will send you a gift of $50. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer!

Loyalty Perks and Referral Perks will be paid via business check.

Terms, Conditions and Fees

Planning Fees

Travel planning involves a lot of time. Our research is based on many years of personal experience and professional expertise and our connections in the travel industry. The preferred companies that we work with have been selected based on their ability to meet your specific needs.

We spend a lot of time getting to know you and everyone in your party and we customize and personalize the itinerary, so that we create the ideal trip for all of you.

Our planning fee is $300 for an individual booking and $600 for a group booking. When you book your trip with us, the $300/$600 goes toward your final payment. In the unfortunate case that you don’t book with us or cancel your trip prior to taking it, we keep the $300/$600 planning fee.

Cancellation Fees if we have already booked the trip for you:

Travel planning involves time. Our research is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. The preferred companies that we work with have been selected based on their ability to meet your specific event needs as designated by you.

In the unfortunate event that you cancel your travel plans, the following fees to Eva’s Best Travel, apply:

$300 per booking for an individual booking

$600 for a group booking

You will also be responsible for any cancellation fees, change fees or penalties  imposed by our travel partners.

These cancellation, change fees and penalties are non-refundable.

We accept payments via Venmo. We will send you a Cancellation Agreement. When you sign and send back the agreement with the Venmo payment, we will cancel your trip for you.
